We have 24hours cancellation policy. Cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged $50. Our stylists rely on your timely cancellation in order to have an opportunity to accommodate another guest. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive beyond 15 mins late we may need to rebook or adjust the service to fit within the time limitations. We appreciate your calling ahead of you suspect you may be arriving late.
